| We hope that your visit to TOMOE VALVE LTD will be mutually beneficial and productive. We would ask that, for your own safety, you comply with the following instructions whilst on our premises | ||
On arrival at site please park your vehicle in the designated Visitor Parking area. You must then report to our reception and enter your details in the Visitors Book. Remain here until your host arrives to collect you. Mobile Phones are to be switched off in the production areas. The taking of photographs is not allowed. Whilst every effort is made to eliminate or minimize the risks from hazards to our visitors, certain areas on site are restricted and may only be accessed with permission. All visitors must obtain permission from their host as to wherethey may or may not go in our premises. Smoking is not permitted on site except in designated areas. If you have an accident it must be immediatley reported to your host or a member of management, who will escort you to an appropriate First Aider. If the fire alarm sounds your host will show you the nearest fire exit and assembly point. Please remain there until you recieve further instructions. |
CONTRACTORS: All contractors must report to reception and register before starting any work and every time they visit the site. Prior to commencing work, authorisation must be given by the appropriate Department Manager. Hazardous materials are not allowed on site unless authorised by your host. All hazardous materials must be supported by the relevant Safety Data Sheet. Contractors are responsible for the disposal of their waste. Any on site disposal must be authorised by their host. NB. No liquid waste is to be disposed of down any drains Where appropriate and or safety equipment must be worn. Equipment if required can be provided by your host. Only suitably trained and qualified persons are allowed to operate fork lift trucks or mobile access equipment. NB.
